Sport in July/ aug

Hi we are in Orlando for 3weeks from mid July and would like to watch some sport. I know it's off season for basketball but will be able to catch baseball? We have a car so tampa bay rays is possible but didn't know what other sports are on at that time.

Yes, it is the baseball season - you'll find details for Tampa Bay Rays on their web site. Tampa is an easy 1 hour drive down the I-4.
It is also the soccer season. Orlando City have a home game on July 21.

Orlando city soccer will be playing in those months. It's a great experience, my DH went to a match and loved it.

Always the highlight of our trip this year on Sep 4th they play the Twins.
3 mad brits will be there shouting along with the locals believing we know what we are talking about!
Essentially its rounders with rules
