I would recommend going.
Last October the day we were there they had a sale at Hollister. All jeans $10.
Nice place.
Less touristy
Smaller than Florida Mall and depending on where you are it can be a bit of a journey but not too bad.
Do want to try some of the malls away from the Orlando area such as Lakeland, Ellenton and Brandenton.

It's a lot less busy than Florida Mall. Parking is easy, and Hollister & A&F always have great deals for some reason. There's also an AMC multiplex if you want to catch a movie. It has the usual Dillard's, Macy's and JC Penny.

we would go to ASM every time over the FM

easier to park, the prices are better ( i get the feeling that FM is geared towards tourists a little more )

food court is great, they even had a Veggie food stall, all Veggie Curry food, very nice to taste some spice
