I've been three times. The food court is fairly standard stuff but some of the specials were nice. I seem to recall a pretty good tuna sandwich. My husband liked the create-your-own pasta, and the choc-chip breakfast pancakes were nice. It's fine to grab a quick stomach-filler but not gourmet dining by any stretch of the imagination. The beignets are a good use of a snack credit though and the restaurant is right by the pool so handy to wander in and out to get a drink when you're having some chill-out time.

It can get rather noisy though with chairs scraping etc as is a big, echoey room. I'm not mad about the masks and stuff on the walls but it's a Mardi Gras themed resort so it's not really a valid complaint!
We tended to eat in for breakfast if we weren't going anywhere for EMH, and get takeaways in the evening if we were on the way back from a park. The resort is so small that the food will definitely still be hot by the time you get back to your room.

We have a long history with POFQ and have always enjoyed the food court. The food is good for a quick service option and very welcome at the end of a long tiring day when you can't be bothered to go anywhere else.

Have to say we don't often eat in the actual food court. For breakfast we like to take our food and go and sit out near the lobby which is much quieter (in front of Scat Cats). Or we get food and take it to sit by the pool bar. It's all very convenient as the resort is nice and small. Obviously most of the time you are eating elsewhere in WDW but never had cause to complain about the food source in our resort .

We were there in September and the food court was fine. We had breakfast a couple of times, lunch once and a couple of snacks. It's pretty standard stuff, probably nothing that will stand out for you to remember but it's perfectly edible and tasty.

I will say thought that we didn't like the beignets. They're supposed to be famous for them but ours were really hard and chewy and just not great to eat at all. The mickey waffles saved the day though.

I liked the Food Court there, had some good options like the Jambalaya and Beignets.

That said, Port Orleans Riverside food court has more options and you can easily walk there if you fancy a change (nice walk down the river) or even get a boat!

Its a nice food court, though we prefer POR and as thats not a massive walk, you might want to look at them both

This is our go to resort; thoroughly enjoy the food court and the 'proper dinner' they serve every evening...pot roast with pick your own sides is particularly good. The pizza deal they do here is good too, large pizza, two drinks and two desserts for 2 QS credits, enough to feed 3 or 4, especially if you have mugs... you could swap your drinks for extra desserts and have a hand made ice cream sandwich each!

We were there last July and ate there quite a few times. The only thing I remember being disappointed with was the macaroni cheese, which was very bland and processed. However, they have lots of choice; the pizza and jambalaya were really good as was most of the other stuff we had. We used a snack credit to get three beignets for breakfast several times. I used to pick them up when I filled mugs and take them back to the room.

Okay, it's not haute cuisine, but for a QS place, it was fine.

Stayed in POFQ August 2014. We used the food court on a few occasions. Personally we didn't like the cooked breakfasts but loved the beignets. My daughter who ears a GF diet found the chef to be really helpful in making her GF food.
The jambalaya was good but I can't see it on the menu any more . We also liked the chicken po boy.
The ice cream cookie sandwich was huge, not sure I finished one
Absolutely loved the hot chocolate, could do with some today .
