we did it in a day on a coach trip, not everything obviously but enough. We started on little toot, walked to the aquarium, walked back, grabbed lunch, then did the pier and beach in the afternoon. I'd definitely go back.

Are you planning on going to Busch gardens?
We are planning on it next year and as they are so close, we are staying somewhere down there tonight. Like a mini break during the holiday and means you can get to Busch nice and early in the morning without much travelling |

It is the sort of place you would stay for a couple of days, so would definitely recommend it on that basis. It is slightly along the beach away from Pier60 which was great as the beach was less crowded. Great restaurant on the beach close by (palm pavilion) and only 7-8 mins walk into the main centre. We would definitely stay there again.

Is it a fairly short walk from the beach to the aquarium?
We've booked a coach trip which arrives at 10.30 and departs at 17.30 but it seems that a big chunk of the day (almost 5 hours!) is scheduled at the movie set and the aquarium. We'd like to fit in a Little Toot trip so wondered if we could just walk back to the beach from the aquarium whenever we chose. |

Going to Clearwater for a couple of days in 3 weeks, have 2 teenage boys who have asking if you can go snorkelling here? Is the sea calm enough?
