I feel your pain. Some Parents just seem to want their kids playing elsewhere rather than outside their own homes making a nucience of themselves to other people - no thought of the property of others.
We live in a c de s of just 2, we had two real PITA kids from around the corner continually riding bikes in our small area to the point they used the house drive opposite to ride their bikes at speed down, we reversed out one day, for our car to be hit in the boot as they came down the drive, it took us getting solicitors involved via our insurance company to get the parents to pay for the damage to our car & the people opposite getting involved to stop the kids using his drive as a ramp! But at least it stopped the kids from then on. Amazingly the said kids were never allowed to play outside their own house. I hope you get things sorted soon before you get too much damage done, you need all the c de s residents to join together on this one.

Not sure how the insurers got the parents to pay if they were unwilling as legally parents are not liable for accidental damage caused by their children if they are minors. google/url?sa=t&so...q_6pQssjn07olM

Whilst it sounds like you have a private road, given the shared access need (for all the houses and their visitors) and also services (post, rubbish collection) you are almost certain to have either an explicit or implied public right of access usage on it - basically nothing you can really do
