Thank you.

It can be very difficult to get yourself out of this viscous circle but if you work at it youll get there. My trigger was my job when I lost it I lost all direction and self worth. Good luck and if you want anything feel free to message me it dose get easier with work
Thank you. My sleep is great, albeit because of meds, but I get a solid 11 hours, so at least that part of things is technically okay.

Plug plants are easier, I always start seeds off too early and they die off! Or we go away and miss the slot to start them!
Getting close to nature and watching things grow is very healing. You will get there!

After feeling okay for a few days, Ive crashed (knew it was coming). I feel really awful. Suicidal thoughts and impulses are common for me, theyve been very overwhelming all this afternoon and evening. Im not gonna do anything. I just wish they would go away. Not sure why Im telling you this, I just wanted to write it down. I see the psychiatrist on Tuesday so not too long to wait.

Don't really know what to say but couldn't read and run... depression is a truly terrible illness and I'm so sorry you are feeling so awful today. Just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you... Please take care of yourself...
