Running my first half marathon this morning

Eeek!

Currently trying to eat and bowl of porridge and not get too nervous!

Seen a lot of posts on here about C25k and just wanted to add - you can do it! When I started running I was struggling to run without stopping for a minute. 100-odd parkruns and a couple of 10ks later, here I am about to take on 13.1 miles

Hopefully today I will finish in under 2 and a half hours ... If it all goes to plan

Good Luck! I hope you have an amazing day! My advice is to just go and enjoy every second, absolutely nothing beats that feeling of crossing over the finish line. It’s one of the best feelings ever! Let us know how you get on later.
