golden forest questions

Im looking at upgrading to newport bay however soneibe has mebtioned Golden forest room sequoia lodge for Halloween 2015 as a birthday treat to myself
can anyone help me?
Which would you upgrade to?
For golden forest -
Is it unlimited fast passes? What if the machines run out of fast passes? Can you still use it?
Is main building closer than Cheyenne would be to walk?

Hi Sada,

I can't comment on the GF rooms, but have stayed in the normal rooms at Sequoia. The walk to the parks is fine, about 5 mins.
With the Golden Forest room you get one fast pass per day. You should be able to search for more threads on comparing Sequoia to Newport Bay

Hi.
We stayed in the Golden Forest last year and loved it.
The SL is closer to the parks than the Cheyenne. Have a look on google maps so you get a better idea of the walk.
You get one FP ticket per day. You get your full stays worth on check in. You will need to sort them out into days so you take the right ones out each morning as they are dated.
They cannot be used between 1 and 4pm.

That's great thankyou I know it's closer but was unsure if I would be at the back and would make it a longer distance thus may as well stay at the Cheyenne

I'm presuming you can use fast pass even if the machines are out ?

So you would recommend the upgrade? We love the Cheyenne
