Goats cheese is my favourite, served with crusty baguette and caramelized onions / other chutney.

Also love Port Salut and a really ripe Brie, both on water biscuit type crackers.

eww eww ewwwwwwww... to me, I don't know what it is, but goats cheese just tastes like the smell of a wet goat ...

Gouda or a nice mature cheddar. I like Applewood smoked cheddar too.

Recently discovered that Fontina is great in a toasted sandwich.

As a goat owner and a goat cheese lover... I totally agree...

But it’s sooo yummy

had a big filling at the dentist with 2 numbing injections, my face was dead, my tongue too, so had some comfort food that was not hot or crunchy (had rice pudding for afters!)... it was nice - tasted like a Gouda/Edam cross to me.

I could happily give up alcohol and maybe chocolate, but never cheese! I’m allergic to blue cheese, but adore a strong cheddar, white Stilton or grilled halloumi. I think my favourite has to be Red Leicester made by Taw Valley, but I am biased as that’s what the milk from my aunt’s dairy farm goes to make!

We've had Baby Bel Mozzarella recently. Tastes nothing like Mozzarella but it's quite good.
