We tried a new cheese recently. A cave-aged Swiss/Cheddar hybrid called 'Karst' A different taste but it works really well.

It probably would make more sense to get the cheese individually then buy yourself a birthday treat with the extra ฃ

Hi Mark - I'm coming out on Sunday, if I could bring you some Black Bomber I would! I think dairy is banned though right?

Blacksticks Blue is also a good one.

I like cheese that gives me 'cheese face' - a lovely numbness as it's so strong! Black Bomber used to, but I'm used to it now.
