Universal Annual Pass Renewal

hi all, I have searched for the answer but no luck - hopefully someone can help :-)

I have just renewed our Universal Annual Passes - I had logged these in our wallet on the Universal website so the expired ones are on there, but not the new ones. I messaged Guest Services and they have just told me to go to Guest Services when we go in November and have them reprinted (we have the plastic cards) - not ideal as we get there for rope drop and will be hurrying to Hagrid, plus it seems a waste to reprint them.

Has anyone renewed their annual passes and if so, have your passes automatically updated in your wallet so you didn't need to go to Guest Services and have them reprinted?

If we have to do this, fair enough, I just don't remember having to go there before when we renewed.

When we have renewed we just carried on using the card. We did not need to go to guest services. I'd suggest you just try and use them and if they fail then go to guest services. That will be quicker if it works and providing they never cancelled the pass when you phoned it autorolls over on the same card. My DD card has worked for 4 years without her going to guest services.
We also had issues with it not showing a few years back and at the moment I'm on monthly so cannot check as I left it too long before renewing.

thanks, I think we will try that rather than faff around queuing at Guest Services - our card was not cancelled so I don't get why it isn't just linked. As long as we get in ok, I am not going to worry too much any more :-)
