Mobile Got my (UK) planning mojo back

Today has been a good day. I went in to full on planning mode for our trip to London, Devon and Cornwall in the summer.

I got 5 restaurants booked (2 Brixham and 3 near Hayle/St Ives) and I am glad I did as one place said that last summer it was estimated there were 4 bums for every restaurant seat available.

I also looked a bus and train routes and times to get us to and from all the places we want to visit whilst down there so we can avoid driving in to the busier little towns.

Now...I just need to book my fast passes at 60 days out and I'm done... oh wait...

I've got four UK trips booked between mid April and September. I think eating out will almost require as much planning as Florida 🤣

I live in Devon, let me know if I can help with dining alternatives if you’d first choices are booked

Thank you so much. We're only in Brixham 3 nights and I've managed to sort out 2 (Cowshed and Rockfish). So if you have a third that would be great.

I would have suggested those two 😂

Great choices!

There are some lovely pubs in Brixham for your third night that you could choose when you got there, or are you wanting to secure something in advance in case dining is still restricted by capacity numbers and stuff?

I love seafood so Rockfish was my choice. Ds likes it too. Dh and DD don't so I've told them they are having the chicken burger 😂

Cowshed was then booked to keep them happy with lots of meat to choose from.

I'm torn...I don't want it all planned out but I don't want to end up with a tesco sandwich on a bench if we can't get in anywhere either 😂

We are staying at an apartment above Quay 57 so was thinking that could be an option.

We’ve got Cornwall booked for may half term, never even though about booking restaurants this early, perhaps I better look!
