I've queried this with Orlando Attraction Tickets where I got them from and they have assured me that Universal are re scanning old tickets and sending em out and that I could check their validity on the Universal App, to which I did and it says they are 2020 tickets.
Anybody else had this issue and is it safe, do I need to chase it up more?

The 2022 tickets I purchased from Attraction Tickets has an expiration date of 13th JAN 2023.
