How do I cancel tickets booked with Floridatix

Hi, I was probably a bit hasty abs excited and booked tickets with Floridatix. I paid an extra £40 for the guaranteed refund. We’ve now decided to book direct with Disney due to getting the memories maker free (is this good by the way) and so that we’re able to book our park days straight away. Anyway for the life of me I cannot find where to cancel the tickets on the page. I’ve read through all the terms and conditions, looked at my account etc. Do I have to ring?

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks

You will. get memory maker free either way. I don’t know about the park days if you aren’t staying on site though.

Memory maker is great. We wouldn’t go without it.

Do you mean it comes with the Floridatix tickets? I’ve just checked the confirmation and it doesn’t say anywhere there about it coming included but maybe I’ve missed something obvious

Oh wait I’ve just checked the website and seen it’s on there. It doesn’t mention it in the confirmation or anything though?

floridatix/park-tick...4-day-ultimate

Actually I’ve just scrolled down on the page above and it says valid for all 2020/2021 adult tickets? We’re going in 2022 and will have a child with us as well

It’s just included with the UK 7, 14 or 21 day tickets as standard. If that’s the only reason you’re cancelling then I’d just leave it.

Would anyone say there’s any benefits with booking direct with Disney instead of with a third party? I suppose I’m a bit worried about giving so much money to a third party which I know is a bit silly

Not really no. If you can cancel free of charge I can’t see any issue.
