VPN to watch handmaiden tale
I’m not tech savvy at all... so what is the easiest and cheapest way to allow me to watch handmaiden tale, my son says surf shark is good and I heard Hulu, but I have no idea... any help please for a complete novice.

I don't really know what a VPN does but I know we have it included in our "Norton LifeLock" Antivirus program that we pay a yearly subscription for. So have you got something like that already?

I just streamed it from vumoo rather than using a VPN and watched on my laptop.

I don't think a VPN is what you want - or, at least, a VPN on it's own won't help you.
Channel 4 usually shows Handmaid's Tale here in the UK and will probably be showing Season 4 sometime in the future. They used to have the earlier seasons available to stream on "All 4" a while back, but it doesn't look like it's available at the moment: channel4/programmes/the-handmaids-tale You can watch Seasons 1 to 3 of Handmaid's Tale on Amazon Prime though. It's available here, but you'll need to sign up for Amazon Prime: amazon/The-Handmai.../dp/B071J6HJFW You don't need a VPN for either of the above. Amongst other things, a VPN is used to make it appear like you're in another country so that you can view things on websites in that other country. I believe Handmaid's Tale is on Hulu in America and they are just starting to show season 4. So a VPN could maybe be used to access Hulu in the States. However you'd also need a subscription to Hulu, which requires a US-issued form of payment. Therefore, unless you have a subscription to Hulu, having a VPN won't help

I’m going to stream rather than watch via a VPN.
I’m desperate to catch up to the US schedule so I don’t have my viewing spoiled by spoilers.

If you mean stream from an illegal content site then you should really do that via a VPN. If you mean stream from an official source then no need.
