Virgin could do indirect via Atlanta also giving a choice of Delta too. BA would do indirect MAN-LHR/LGW (LGW more limited) then on to MIA/MCO/TPA. Lufthansa could do indirect through Frankfurt and don't forget that KLM/Air France are partners with Virgin so that opens up indirect via Paris/Amsterdam.
Lots of choices there but limited for direct flights. |

Also try booking via the Air France website / select Air France as your preferred carrier from MAN to MCO, then check the "Direct flights only" box.
There have been instances where AF is selling their code-share on VS metal at a lower price than VS. You fly direct from MAN to MCO, but on an AF flight number. The only issues seem to have been that if you're in Upper Class of Premium Economy, something in the system throws the meal pre-booking system and you cannot pre-book your meal. Can still pre-select seats though. |

I'm not sure Aer Lingus are flying direct every day. It looks like flights on Tue and Wed are indirect only.
This was from a press release when they were announced. Aer Lingus’ Manchester to Orlando route As of July 29, 2021, Aer Lingus will launch a 4-5x weekly, year-round nonstop flight between Manchester and Orlando. The route will be operated by an Airbus A330 with the following schedule: EI35 Manchester to Orlando departing 11:00AM arriving 3:45PM EI34 Orlando to Manchester departing 7:00PM arriving 8:35AM (+1 day) The 4,236 mile flight is blocked at 9hr45min westbound and 8hr35min eastbound.

It doesn't. Melbourne, FL is a separate city to Orlando.
Similar to how Manchester doesn't have an airport called Birmingham airport. But someone could fly to Birmingham airport and then drive (or get a coach transfer) to visit Manchester. As some have already mentioned, I believe direct flights from Manchester are operated by:

Yes, you are right, at least since 2015 anyway. But it's not in Orlando. That's just a name given to it to make it attractive to people wanting to visit the Orlando theme parks about 80 miles away.
Birmingham International Airport could be renamed to "Manchester Birmingham International Airport". But Manchester still wouldn't have an airport called Birmingham.
