It’s normally 20-30% off. The rate normally gets released a month or 2 in advance but it’s currently showing for up to August.

It’s really useful on 1 or 2 night reservations. Not so much on longer stays where they have the stay more save more promotion for everyone.

I purchase season passes yesterday to use in October. I currently have a 2 nights stay at Hard rock booked (with Travel republic) which is refundable if I cancel the booking when the pass holder rates come out for October. How do I book the hotel at the discounted rates, when the annual passes have not yet been activated? The only reference I have is the order confirmation. Do I use that to get the discounted rate?

You don't need passes to book the rate. You book online - I use the link below as it's set to search for APH rates. At check in if they see you're on an AP rate they may ask to see a pass.

Doh - I forgot too, it's annoying as when I was originally going to go I would have been able to use my existing AP but obviously that expired a long time ago now. I hope they do the extension offer again by November.

I didn't but I only had until June 2020 left - I'm sure they wouldn't have extended it to this long.

They didn't extend, they froze them. I contacted US in March 2020 when it had 5 months left, it's frozen and will be reactivated for the 5 months whenever I return.
