Malvern Spa is nice. I have not been in the hotel as I live nearby but the spa is lovely. It’s not a country house hotel though as it’s by a retail park!

Thanks all - Fawsley Hall is on the doorstep and an already go to place for us, so we wanted something a bit different but great suggestion, thank you.

What about Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa near Gloucester? The executive rooms are nice and the spa whilst modestly sized was great!
