Was originally going to cook Panda express orange chicken.

Then realised I only had half an hour of non-sport time today to cook and eat it.

So thought Asda eat in pizza meal deal. It's a bargain, two medium pizzas, a large bottle of coke and a sky movies voucher. For the grand sum of £5 all in. Excellent value, quick and tasty.

Went to Asda. Lots of people same inspiration for during ruby. Waited 45 Minutes in pizza queue ! .

Came home and went to bed with a banging headache. No tea or sport for me 😂

Sandra, they are really easy - Just season each layer with salt, pepper, bit of grated nutmeg, and some garlic granules. Then cheese. I use whipped cream as it’s less likely to curdle when cooked. I grate bread crust over the top and bake slow and low for couple of hours. One of my favourite things...

Yesterday’s sweet and sour chicken was delicious. Better than any takeaway if I say so myself ! I also made prawn toasts and they were a big hit too !

Today was Roast Beef. It would be a rarity for us not to have a Sunday roast dinner.
