Some charge a resort fee but not all so worth checking. Our favourite resort is Hilton GVC Tuscany on Vineland Ave and they have just introduced a $25 a day resort fee. However we have often stayed at Sheraton Vistana at LBV and I have checked and for next year and there is no resort charge.

last second reveals are awesome. We have nearly always done a last second reveal for our DD's (we once drove from UK to DLP without them realising where we were, stopped in a hotel local to DLP the night before and drove straight into Disneyland Hotel after breakfast the next morning...

Those sorts of tricks can only be pulled once so enjoy the reveal! Good luck.

Welcome to the DIBB "To Disney We Go". Enjoy all the planning. You'll have great fun on here.

For our DDs first ever Disney fix (DLP 2020) we did a reveal on the morning we were getting on the Eurostar... We originally told her we were going to London for half term and she was looking forward to seeing Big Ben. She was still half asleep bless her... We gave her some Disney related presents to unwrap and some fake DLP tickets and she still didn't get it. She asked if she was still going to see Big Ben...
Slowly as it sank in she was getting more and more excited and then the questions started...
It's brilliant though. For Florida 2022 we've already told her so no surprises there..
