Another vote for Aquatica, look at getting a Cabana in the Roe Rapids area which will make a good base, will provide cover and you get a locker, fridge, towels and bottles of water.
The childrens area is magical, you have a choice of lazy rivers, the wave machine cove is wide and open. There is also a beach, animals and bright colours your Little one will enjoy

Another vote for Aquatica, it has a few big slides but a really pretty area for small children, which had small slides going into it.
