Park reservations/Early access days

Evening all!

We go in August 2022 (our family moon!) and Disney park tickets are booked and on the My Disney Experience app so we can go ahead and make our reservations but how do I know when days are early access days for which park? Or is that decided much nearer to the date? Should we reserve parks ASAP anyway? Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that there won’t be any park specific EMH any more, bit all parks will open thirty minutes early for onsite guests. Of course that could change before you are due to travel, but at the moment that is the best assumption.

As previously said Disney have removed the EMH and onsite guests now get just 30 mins early access to all parks.

I believe all hotel guests get 30 minutes early entry to all the parks.
They are rumoured to not be bringing EMH as it causes big crowds at one park which they don't want they want to spread the load.

Welcome to the DIBB!

To answer your question: Every park will have 30 minute early access for onsite guests on every day. At least, that will be the case once early access starts later this year.

If you're going in August next year then there's no rush to book your reservations quite yet - there's still lots of availability for August this year, let alone next year. However, there's nothing stopping you from booking reservations now if you want to.

As Nimbus says, there's no immediate rush to book them just yet. However, if you're like me (and many others on here! ) and like to plan... You could certainly start booking a few so you can get an idea of what your itinerary will look like.
