What brand of food do you use?
For our dog we use James Wellbeloved and we get it from Pets at Home, I have a recurring order for every 6 weeks and I get a notification a few days before the order is dispatched in case I need to amend it at all. I haven’t had any problems with deliveries so far, plus it works out slightly cheaper as the offer a discount for ordering it this way. |

I use zooplus for buying our cat food online
I’ve had no issues with getting items through from them in a timely manner. In the past when a parcel was lost they very quickly sorted it and got another parcel to us within a couple of days. Edited at 02:41 PM. |

Zooplus have a discount scheme as well, you have to pay to subscribe but it’s not a lot and I’ve made my money back within 2 orders.
You don’t have to subscribe if you don’t want to but the subscription gives an additional discount. |

You can do the savings scheme with zooplus and you can use top cash back as well, we have used them for years and they are a lot cheaper then most.

I'm currently using Fetch (which is a division of Ocado) and can't fault them. If you use Ocado for your groceries, you can bundle your Fetch order to be delivered at the same time but they offer separate delivery as well. Been using for several years and only ever had one issue with the courier misplacing a parcel. Fetch sent out a replacement order on next day delivery and sent a voucher for my next purchase due to the inconvenience. Great customer service.
Have used Zooplus without issues in the past as well, but Fetch is cheaper for the brands I'm buying at the moment. But for supermarket level brands, Amazon may be your best bet. They always seem to have deals on the popular brands going. Looking specifically at Felix, they have a bulk box pouches that work out at 27p each. Less if you do a subscription order.
