Didnt know Mable was Neneh Cherrys daughter either, i had vaguely heard of her mind

* dont think 50 year old white blokes from the North East are his demographic to be fair.

Yep I learned a few things watching last night too... Main thing being it was garbage, I'm not Daves demographic either lol, I actually kept thinking Sam fox and mick Fleetwoods brits carcrash was better to watch than last nights tripe and that's saying summet 😳... But despite it being rubbish I held out thinking it might get better

I doubt it will though. Stormzy gets feted for it...

Can you imagine, for one moment, if a white rapper had sang that Diane Abbot or David Lammy are racist? There would be an uproar!

I had never heard of Dave either but I think his 'performance' will only alienate feelings and make the situation worse rather than better, IMO.

I think its far too political now, like the Oscars are too, gongs will be awarded for diversity instead of merit and that's a shame.

If there was any evidence of David Lammy and Diane Abbott being racist, it would be justified.

As they are not racist, if they were called racist, there would correctly be an uproar.

I would like you to say which awards you think were given for diversity rather than merit. Because there was certainly no evidence of that last night, or in the Oscars, from my point of view.

Tbh I think it sounded rubbish and I’ve no interest in that kind of music. However it’s no different to us growing up and challenging the establishment through our choice of music. Sex Pistols comes to mind and Mods and Rockers during my parents era.

Can I just put in a mention about Harry Styles. Far too young for me , but a very handsome young man... but what’s going on with his clothes... I see he’s wearing Gucci I think but it’s absolutely awful.

Christ that yellow suit and the purple bow scarf, and the lace get up when he was performing... Proves the saying you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear... If that's what counts as fashion or couture I'm glad I'm no trendsetter 😂😂😂😂
