Looks fine to me .
We don’t really have “rest days” more like quiet afternoons or mornings where we spend it at the pool, go shopping or play mini golf .
Most of those we would do in one day like a water park in the morning and then a park or gator land and then an air boat ride.. although I have no intention of doing gatorland again, 1 visit was enough !
We very rarely stick to the plan though so it’s important to be flexible.

We're not a sitting at the beach kind of family to be honest and as I said it's going to be years before we go to Orlando again. We do theme parks and days out all over the UK and Europe so I'm not bothered about being busy. I don't want to miss out non anything to be honest!

We are the same, we don't anticipate going back anytime soon so we have hardly any rest days. This is a 10k+ holiday and we will take each day as it comes with a plan that if we are shattered we can take it easy one day

We can recommend Chef Mickey’s for the character breakfast at the Contemporary Resort.
I presume you know that you can check in early at Universal to get your fast passes before the parks open and drop off your bags. We checked in 7am and got to the park for opening.
