Have you tried phoning disney? As I said previously I phoned them as my tui booking reference number wasn't linking to mde so they just found my booking which was in their system and gave me an alternative reference number which linked within 24hrs

After seeing your comment I have rang Disney itself and it’s all sorted! They linked up for me! Why they can’t do that I have no idea 😡

I booked with hotels.com yesterday and called Disney an hour later and they gave me the code to put into MDE!

We booked on the 15th of January (for May) and it has just linked today - woo hoo
No stressing about FP. I'd already booked dining and wasn't doing CRT so no stress about having to prepay anything.
