I did a Hairy Bikers Goulash with a twist... None of that low fat Malarkey... straight in with the double cream. Eaten with sliced, French Stick.
Came out rather well, although I say it myself.

Curry night tonight. Chicken korma, vegetable bhuna, rice and poppadoms. Need something a bit different. Had a lot of stew and "beige" freezer-to-oven stuff lately, but not so busy at work now, so can take more time and cook some different meals now. May do double on the bhuna as the flavour is really nice after freezing.
