I may need to pick your brain a bit more over this at some point if it’s ok?

I will be thrilled if I manage to do the same.
Ive just had chicken curry, rice and a glass of wine. From tomorrow I am strictly on track. I just did the questionnaire thing and it has given me blue plan to follow. I need to sit down tomorrow and read through it all to make sure I know what I am doing then make a list to take to Sainsburys. I have tried to follow the SW plan by myself but it just doesnt work for me. I think thats why I have changed to WW to give myself a fresh start and something to adhere to on the app. I really enjoy cooking and have plenty of time to prepare meals so I think that will help. Gill, I am more than happy to be a WW buddy if you would like. |

Could i join too? most people on here are calorie counting or SW.
We are helping my parents move house tomorrow so it will be a take away tomorrow - but I’m saving all my weekly points for it! And if I don’t use them all, I’m not going to use any this week so hopefully it should balance back out Best thing to do with WW is one bad day, doesn’t always mean the whole week is ruined (if you can manage it just one day 😂 We’ve got pork chops, peas, sweetcorn and (frozen!) mini roasts tonight. I normally do new pots with them but Tesco didn’t have any the other day.

Ohh and don’t feel you have to cut anything out we don’t. You’ll be surprised how many points some things are, but I tend to play around with the grams/ml and take a bit off if it’s better on points. Or have a smaller portion. I can’t cut anything.

I've been doing the same. It's amazing how a smaller portion of something is still tasty and can be lower points than expected, for example, I've been adding 10g of granola (1 point) on top of fat free Greek yoghurt and fruit for a bit of texture.
I'm making Thai Green Curry for tea from a Simply Cook pack. I'd stupidly thought that reduced fat coconut milk would be okay but it's 16 points for the can! I'm going to adjust the recipe and just use half a can for the 2 of us. I' have thrown the whole thing in before. Oh, and I've lost 10lb since Jan 1st. I'm so happy with that |
