Necklace Help From The Ladies

Hopefully someone can help.
If you were picking (or being given) a Pearl necklace for a special occasion, would either of the 2 below be suitable. One is 9ct White Gold, but the Tiffany is only Sterling Silver. Does the fact its Tiffany make up for that?

For me, yes the Tiffany one is the one I would hope to receive, just to open that beautiful jade green box
But both are nice..

It’s a tricky one the Tiffany one is incredibly over priced for what it is especially when you compare it to the other option. But I know many who would love to own a piece of Tiffany jewellery, if designer brands are something the recipient would appreciate go for Tiffany.

I agree that Tiffany is overpriced, in the past year or so the prices have really gone up, however there is something special about getting that blue box. They are so nicely packaged and come with a lovely card with your message on it.
Also it’s a lovely necklace.

I agree with the Tiffany one. Nothing better than receiving one of those boxes

I suppose it depends on the wearer too. I love the Tiffany one because I could see myself wearing it every day and for special occasions. The diamond one would be too dressy for every day wear for my style. I am a huge fan of pearls and both are gorgeous but also consider if she wears more yellow gold or white gold/silver. I would love the Tiffany one though.

Another vote for the Tiffany. Not for the label though, I just prefer the way it looks
