I love bubble and squeek but with only me eating the veg, I don't usually do enough to keep some back for it! We are having a roast no2 this eve though!

Bubble and Squeak here today too - with turkey, ham and stuffing. Xmas Pud, and leftover sticky toffee trifle for afterwards.

Yes!
Just had Bubble and Squeak, with carved ham and a fried egg. I always do extra so we have enough for Boxing Day. I really overdid it this year and we have enough for tomorrow too! Trouble is DD tells me mine isn’t as good as my mums 🙄 |

Bubble & Squeak for us too, but with cold cuts of gammon and chicken, (Peas and sweetcorn for me and baked beans for DH) and lots of branston pickle, pickled onions, and pickled sliced cucumbers. We much prefer our boxing day meal to the main event on Christmas Day.

Yup always do double vegies, pigs in blankets & yorkshire puds for Christmas Dinner - all sitting out there now ready for DH to cook tonight - today is always my day off. He will just have his Turkey B&S plain but I will do some nice thick gravy to have over mine - enjoy everybody.

Sounds lovely. We’re actually having Chilli con Carne as we were due to go to my sisters today (she came to us yesterday), so since the rules have changed as she’d already made it in advance, she bought us over enough for the family for today. Happy days, no cooking for me (apart from the rice).
