I feel exactly the same. In December I was really confident but this is diminishing with every day. I don't have to pay balances until 3 weeks before for flights/villa and a few weeks before that for Disney stay and car. I think we'll know by then. I'll not be going if we still have to quarantine either way or do tests - just not worth the risk

USA have vaccinated just over 11 million so far; however, Biden spoke yesterday about his ambition for his first 100 days in office is to deliver as close to 100 million jabs as possible. If that’s the case, that would be roughly 1/3rd of the adult population in the United States vaccinated.

Even if he falls shy of that by a smidge, things would hopefully be looking a lot better for them by late spring/summer.

We’ve got to pay our balance this week for an April trip to New York with Tui. It’s an already amended holiday from a Florida holiday last august. Don’t want to pay the balance but also don’t want to amend. At the last amendment we changed the flights from tui flights to American airline flights , it was just part of the package, and if we amend again we have to include flights with the third party. Think we’re going to bite the bullet and pay out in the hope it will cancel. The amendment we would have liked to have done would be august 2022 but to Florida with flights with tui and we can’t do that 😕

I'm very close to cancelling our Villa booking for August and just focusing on getting booking for 2022. Our villa is unavailable during the hols in 2022 so i'm thinking we might need to take the loss and start again.

There are two things that I cant see beyond and that is the mask wearing within Disney parks in the heat, especially with the kids, and having to gets tests for to enter the US and to return. Not convinced this will have changed by then.

Gutted as it is my 40th, but will have to celebrate my 41st instead at this rate!

We recently moved our Florida holiday from July this year to next year.

It was a hard decision but have to do what is best for you. For us the possibility of having to wear masks in the heat, especially the children and not getting the full Disney experience that we are used to, led to our decision to change.
It’s our little boys first time and he will want to hug characters and get autographs, if social distancing was still in place this wouldn’t happen.
Obviously we don’t know what will happen in the next few years, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for next year.

We go 3rd July & im thinking of moving it again! This will be our 4th move from July last year, but I’m just wondering now will it be worth the will we won’t we get stress. I’ve only deposits paid & everything is moveable again but I think I’m gonna give it to mid March when my flights need paid in full & then decide. We’ll want to go to Italy in place of it so I’d really need to get that booked soon before prices start to rocket!
I’ve Seattle & SF & Vegas in November so I have everything crossed for that🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’d initially planned to visit in February 21 for my 60th using DVC points which I’d planned to book in March last year
The latest I can book using my banked points is for travel in Jan 2022 so hoping I’ll be able to travel then

They will try and get you to take a voucher but you're entitled to a refund, I had to phone for mine but I know some people didn't respond to their offer of a voucher and they were refunded a few days later

I was due to go in august this year. I’ve cancelled my ba fly drive and got a voucher. Waiting for disney to go on sale for next year then I’ll ring and change dates.
