I’m actually (hopefully) flying out of Melbourne in September after a (possible) cruise .
I’m sure I flew from Melbourne to somewhere years ago and it was a nice airport. Chosen this time as it’s close enough to Uber from Port Canaveral rather than a coach transfer to MCO to fly to Las Vegas.
If borders open but cruises don’t restart or have too many restrictions , we will ditch Florida in favour of Arizona before Vegas (love a good contingency plan)

I've also rebook my Tui flight to next year and consequently Melbourne, and driving to Disney area looks like it's either Tolls or Traffic lights! Think I'm gonna go for the latter

I suggest you check the traffic before you set off. The slog from St Cloud to Disney on 192 can be very busy.

It looks it from Google Maps alone, but the other way looks a long way round

The other way is nearly 100% motorway with no traffic lights. 192 through St Cloud and Kissimmee is miles of shops, restaurants and traffic lights. I have done it for a change or if there is a shop I want to stop at. It is never quicker or easier driving.

I had no idea Tui was moving to Melbourne instead of Sanford

Here is a link to the toll calculator which includes the 528 which might be worth a look - the number of tolls will depend on where you join and leave the highway so worth a play about

If that is the case, it will be interesting to see what happens when they get more than one large plane arriving at a time.
They will most likely make you form a queue like they do at MCO.
