Last week the fly drive with a class S car was £2505 for 4 adults - would have loved this price for our dates. This week exactly the same route and car hire is £2823. Hope this is an increase prior to them putting their sale on!
I would be desperately upset if I paid over £2k for that

How many of you is that for?

I did it from BHX - the flight times were really good, the transit time on both legs was tight, made tighter by delays on first part in each direction (but we made it- no help in Frankfurt from the staff! ). I’d do it again for around £550 per person if I couldn’t find a better option with 2 shorter flights, as opposed to one short and one longer.

I hope it will be ok. We have booked indirect for next year via Newark outbound and via Frankfurt inbound.

The prices were great.

Hi, can I ask what website people use to search for flights please? I normally use Skyscanner & Kayak but wondered what others there were?

Those flights were found on Momondo which works in the same way as kayak and skyscanner.

I also like google flights. I booked BA flights yesterday 4th-16th July GLA-LGW-MCO for £435 pp. Great connection times and peak school holiday dates (for us in Scotland)- Happy with that

Just seen this.

£498pp (adult) with Lufthansa via Frankfurt.

Not bad from MAN - MCO I would say.

I’m not supposed to be going for a while but that is tempting since the best I could get for 2018 was £713 via DUB.

We flew with Lufthansa via Frankfurt outbound and Zurich - some of the best flights we have ever had!
