In which case the opening hours should be advertised differently (oh come on, we have all pushed collection to the limit)

I work in a store closes 8pm 6 days a week and you can guarantee people are mooching around at last minute every shift I work despite customer announcement for the last half hour of trading reminding customers to make their ways to the tills or fitting rooms. I swear it's worse this time of year and I've come to the assumption they hang around until last minute so they spend less time at home having to put heating on 😉😉😉😂😂😂

Maybe they should do what the (child) nursery does where my DD20 works...fine them if they are late (except they aren't)
