Cancelling Alamo car hire

Hi,

I have acar booking with Alamo to pick up from the car center at WDW. I need to book nbew flights due to Thomas Cook issues but the new flights offer Avis car hire too at a really good price so I need to know if I will get a full refund if I cancel the Alamo hire?

I would normally of looked this up but I need to book the new flights ASAP.

Depends on which website you've booked through as each have different conditions.

Jumping in here as in the same boat. I have booked through Andy DFCH. Do I amend arrival times or cancel and rebook?

For a booking with Andy I would send him an E Mail via his website. For an arrival time difference I wouldn't change anything. However if it's a different day then yes I would.

Thanks for your reply, I booked using the Brits 10% off link.

I can get through to a "Cancel" button but just want to check if that will mean a full refund as I cannot find anything on cancellation policy now. I think I had the option of paying upfront or at the desk and chose upfront as it was a little cheaper I think.

Any ideas?

If you booked Alamo Brits it�s free cancellation as long as it�s before 3 days prior to the date.
