Yes we’ve done skip the counter and we’re with Alamo/Virgin. They may be able to get the GPS from the counter in the car park.

Hi Dianne - my bro/sil book via Andy, DFCH, who offers free Sat Nav to his clients, bro asks me to complete OLCI/Skip. Whilst I can't answer your question re Sat Nav, tell them to go HERE and enter first, last name and confirmation number to access OLCI, complete, thereafter do not close the OLCI page but minimise, go HERE for Skip the Counter, the form will be auto-filled, they need only complete their cc details. Note; OLCI provides the bar code required to head to the garage, Skip gives the option to add cc, therefore at the Out Kiosk they'll present their confirmation paperwork and dl(s).

Thanks guys, will tell them to do the “skip the counter” and see if they have the sat nav in the garage.
It’s their first trip and they are driving 😱 They are only 23 and god am I nervous about them driving.

From what I remember from last year Virgin had its own check in and skip the counter web page. You should get the link in the booking I have added below.

We booked our last car via Alamo/VH and yes we could do skip the counter and we got given the SAT Nav at the barrier, after they took photocopies of license/credit card and checked paperwork
