Mobile EMH or not?

Going in August next year and staying onsite for a week, then off site for 9 days. When planning what days to go where - is it best to go to the parks that have Early morning magic hours ( but are suggested as least recommended) or go to the park that is most recommend on crowd calendars ? Thanks

If you don't mind getting up early enough or staying up late enough, then use EMH if you are an onsite guest. EMH is an onsite perk. The parks are usually much quieter than the rest of the day. Although there will probably still be queues at the very popular rides in the park, the other rides tend to have very short queues. Plus it's nice to wander around the park when it isn't so busy.

If you want to try and avoid the crowds, then it's often suggested that you park hop away from the park that had morning EMH once it starts to get busy (i.e. mid-morning). Similarly, spend the afternoon at a different park before hopping over to the park with evening EMH just before EMH starts. That is, use EMH but don't linger in the park before/after EMH.

Thanks for the information. So would you suggest doing the park with emh first but have your fast passes booked for the park that is most recommended on crowd calendars- so changing parks after the emh or just stay at the park with emh and book fast passes starting from 10.30am at the same park? Thanks

If I were doing the EMH, I would do whatever I could during the EMH and then three fastpasses in the same park. At that point I would decide whether to stay longer or move parks.

^As above^.

TBH, morning EMH doesn't actually make a huge difference to the crowds. When you look at the historic wait time levels here on the DIBB and at the days that have morning EMH, sometimes the waits are shorter and sometimes the waits are longer. There's no correlation between EMH days and wait times; it's not like a park is always busier when it has EMH.

We often end up just staying in the same park.
