How do I get in the VRoom?

Hello all,

So after cancelled trip number 2 we are planning again for next April!

One thing that I’ve never quite understood is what do you have to book to be able to then book the Vroom. I know it is booked with a Florida holiday but what I’m not sure about is do the flights have to be booked through virgin holidays too?

We use points for the flight so I’m guessing this won’t work? Or can we use points via VH?

What I’m thinking is we need to book a few days at a non dvc resort anyway (we had AOA booked via disney fir the trip we just cancelled) so I’m thinking rebook the non dvc bit with virgin holidays but then does the flight have to be booked with them too?

My son is autistic so this would be a good space for him to wait for the flight but feel the other lounges are less family friendly so the vroom would work well for us. He will be nearly 6 when we next go.

Many thanks

Kelly

To access the V Room you have to book through Virgin Holidays , and it’s then an extra charge

You have to book through virgin holidays to use the v room. You can't use your points with them but you do get 7% off for having a flying club membership.

They're not actually taking bookings at the moment for the Vroom, it is for the full Virgin holidays package as far as I know though.

Vroom was at Gatwick, which Virgin no longer fly out off, so no longer available.

Thanks all! I was just going to say Im watching vlog at the Manchester Vroom so it was that one I was looking at. I'll price it up but I don't think its viable if its a full holiday. Theres probably a reason I've not done it before and I've got frazzled parent brain and forgotten! Thanks again all!

We used to use the one at Manchester all the time but TBH for the 4 of us it was £100 and as the kids got older we didn't get the use out of it. We now have a F & B breakfast and a mooch around instead.
