The light poly cotton ones are the best I’ve found - the Disney store ones are not very breathable! They are a thick stretchy fabric - fine for short trips, but not great for longer, hoping we won’t need them in the airports by the time we go in October (else it will be a long facemask day!)

You want to look for moisture wicking fabric ones.
I make my own masks & have just bought a few metres of
ProCool® Athletic Interlock with Antimicrobial Silvadur™ & Coolmax® as a liner for masks i’m making for our hopeful summer holiday to Barbados. I’ll let you know how they are as I’ll be trialling in a sauna as soon as they open 🤣

I bought the under armour mask for the gym and I don't think I would recommend it - someone said it feels like wearing a padded bra on your face and I agree! It's not especially breathable.

My sister has switched to silk masks which she says are very comfortable and great for avoiding 'maskcne'. I can't speak to their effectiveness though!

I got a few from Vistaprint. They are fabric but quite loose around the face so easy to breathe, and they have the ear adjusters. Obviously defeats the purpose if any mask is easy to breathe through, but I can't wear any mask that is flat against my face, too claustrophobic. The really cheap one layer blue masks are ok too - my son has been wearing one at school but still gets many headaches

We went to Dubai in December, it was 26 degrees. We wore the disposable blue ones as they were the most comfortable in the heat. The locals all seemed to wear the same.

I’ve got the Under Armor sports masks and they are somewhat thicker but I find them very cool and extremely breathable. Also they don’t steam up my glasses or sunglasses so I highly recommend them.

I've bought some Disney disposable masks (like the blue ones!) from America, they are brilliant!

I live somewhere hot and humid (basically similar to Florida in summer... it's currently 32 degrees out), and walk maybe a couple of miles or so a day outdoors on my commute.

Definitely the regular disposable surgical masks for me. I bring along spares though as on particularly hot days they can really get completely saturated by sweat by the time I get to work...
