Virgin moving seats around AGAIN!

I keep checking ours as we have 4 separate bookings so need to keep checking we are all next to each other. We were always on the later Manchester flight so other than a tweak to times all good 🤞🤞

We have been moved from the 9.30 to the 12.30, had window seats for the kids so they are quite disappointed, like others I can’t even seem to move them as they are all greyed out :-(

With the way that Virgin (either of them) performed re refunds, I am surprised that they now seem to be trying to alienate yet more customers.

They really are the airline that doesn’t give a…

Perhaps O’Leary has joined their customer relations team?

Actually I had really good customer service up to now, when changing my dates they refunded the difference in 7 days.

I am pleased for you. Many between March and August of last year did not, as Virgin repeatedly broke the law relating to refunds.
They went though absolute agony as the company(s) wriggled and evaded their legal responsibilities whilst they watched those more fortunate, who had booked with other airlines get their money back very promptly indeed.

Thanks for the heads up on this post. I’ve checked and our flight has changed (will be the 4th time now!). I’ve paid to reserve seats both ways now.
