Had gator bites at Gatorland, mild chickeny flavour and a rubbery texture, I suspect it's down to the quality of the meat and how it's cooked. I'd try it again from somewhere else just to make a comparison but I don't care enough to seek it out.

My son tried it at Wild Florida .I had a taste, a bit like rubbery fishy chicken .
