Having trouble putting our passport details on Virgin Flying Club

I have been trying for weeks to put my passport detail on VA Flying Club it let me put in passport details in as when they changed the website it did not put my passport details on it. I can do everything but the date on the passport it will not let me put day, month or year what I am doing wrong. It will not let me enter the details hate doing everything last minute bad enough you can no longer do API until on-line checking date now will have to remember passport details as well now.

I had same trouble last week. I spoke to them and they said don't worry about it as you will have to put it all in again at check in!
So I'm not worrying about it

I called them too and they said it can't be done until check in 24 hours before x

Glad it is not just me will have to make sure I do this before we leave for the hotel that afternoon will make it busy, finishing work 12.00pm going home leaving DS with all his instructions for the house, him, dog and cat Then do on-line checkin and API and off to the hotel to relax and breath.

I did mine a couple of weeks ago using the VA app and selecting profile. I believe the info will carry across to the API at OLCI.

There new site is plain rubbish last year I had all this done even put all the details in on there old system.

Thank you so much for this DH did his and has put the app on my phone so I have done mine why it works on the app but not on mac book is behond me but thats one thing less to do now. Will get on with my Garden Grocer order now thank you for your help.

I think I struggled when using my iMac and found it easier to do using the app. In the end I did manage to use the mac version to update my wife's details...a frustrating system
