So what date do i put down?

Do i put a date during my stay or the exact day i leave? i won't be able to print them off like this though, so is it best to put the date 2 days before i leave or soemthing?

Thanks for the info, definately worth doing... must try & remember to sign up in December & print vouchers off just before we go.
