Any Recommendations?
Hi Guys,
I have booked a couple of dinner reservations for our trip this June, one being The Garden Grill in Epcot, and 50's Prime Time Cafe in DS. Has anyone got any more recommendations of somewhere where is a great experience to eat? Good food etc? We have 3 children, ages 11yrs, 5 yrs and 1 years old, so somewhere that will serve kids type of food is essential. I have just had a look at The California Grill as someone said the fireworks were amazing from the roof, but the food looks quite fancy, and im not sure my family would eat it. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone |

We love ohana, if the foods not to the children's liking they have options of a children's menu seperately. We also really enjoy teppan edo for the show whilst cooking, via Napoli for the massive pizza which we share and beaches and cream for the huge ice cream sundaes.

OP. I suspect the key to your dining is the children? If so I would tend to avoid late night ADR's in signature places such as the Californian grill as the service and experience takes a lot longer. Albeit I have taken our 5yr old Granddaughter to Jiko's!
Have you considered? Capt's grill at the Yacht Club Grand Floridian Cafe The Wave at the Contemporary Places at Disney Springs?

No problems. We have eaten at just about every Disney restaurant so if you have a particular 'style' or prefer fish or lamb or steak etc just ask. Loads of us on here have favourites and also have opinions that differ!

It's our first time there this year so it's all new to us! Any help is appreciated as we don't want to miss too much. I am currently looking at booking either Chef Mickey, Hoop De Doo (if that's what it's called lol) or Mickeys Backyard BBQ. Have you been to any of those?

No sorry - due to our age!
I can comment on 90% of the non character places though I dont know if any of your children are girls but if they are the experience we had taking our 4.5yr old Granddaughter to Cinderella's Royal table was awesome. Expensive but the ineraction was outstanding. Others will pop on soon who will give really good tips.

Thats what we did. We had an 8.15 at the BBB then a 10.00 breakfast. Total rip off for the food if you look at 'value' but it's not that you are paying for.
The BBB was outstanding. Plus the photos they do are again excellent. Have you checked out the menu tab?
