Thank you so much for this. It’s all been very helpful. This is his first time travelling out the country since he started on insulin injections and I can really help him prepare now.

I just take my diabetic meds all together in a special box with a copy of my prescription (comes in handy if you need more drugs in an an emergency as you can show to medic). I also have to have Dalteparin Sodium (blood thinner) injections from pre loaded syringes and carry those with me too. Never had any problems yet. Just make sure everything is in original packaging.
