Our kitchen is small 3.2m x 3m with 2 doorways but im still into the kitchen for just shy of 10k and ive done all the work myself, not bad for a grease monkey impo.
Im so happy i sit and admire what ive done of a night,ok i started in june and had a months holiday in the middle, but im down to grout 2nd a tosh of paint on the ceiling and that pesky frame and im done!.
And wifey is looking forward to all.my tools going back to the shed and having her house straight before the xmas rush.

That is such a positive way to look at it all - we have already just stood in the kitchen for over an hour tonight, can't cook anything but I have to admit we are all falling in love with the place - seems so much bigger than what was there before and that is such an amazing feeling

We were like loopyloloo and had ours done while we were in Florida

But we did have walls knocked out all walls stripped back to brick and new ceilings and replastered so we were glad to be out of it!

But really love it

It is really coming together and we are needing a decision about paint etc - did suggest we wait until the flooring goes in wasn't met with approval!
