What month are your 2021 points? You can't bank if your year hasn't started yet.

For example my banking window for my Aug 21 points is open from 1/08/21 to 31/3/2022

I think they are working on a skeleton staff plus a load were made redundant! I got an answer today on a question asked on the 14th!

Oh wow! Well I called back and the guy I spoke to was really friendly. He said that the points automatically go back so I guess it backs up what YT was saying. Perhaps they're doing that at the moment so that they don't have to deal with so many people over the phone 🤷🏼
