No Reply from florist

I have emailed the florist I am using, twice, to send pictures of what we want. (wedding is in 12 weeks) and had no reply.

I contacted her in Feb to ask if she would do them and she said yes, just email when I have decided on colours etc.

I'm now starting to panic.

Im not on FB and when I rang, they were having a storm and the line was horrendous and couldn't hear me. Last time I spoke to her she asked me to email her pics, which I have done. Just panicking a bit now. In work for the next 7 days so can't ring till next week.

Can you get a friend to get in touch via FB? I'm happy to have a look and see if they've been active if you tell me the name

If this is them they're very active on FB.
Maybe your message is going into spam? I just sent a quick message to ask if their email was working ok. I did get an automated response telling me to email them lol but hopefully they'll reply.

Yes thats them. Thank you Cath. I'll give it a few more days then. I'll see if my daughter can try ringing again early next week when she's off work, to see if they have the email.
