Picking Up Tickets at WDW

Just read my receipt and it says the lead passenger needs I d and will collect all tickets
No mention of the rest of the party needing it as they aren't even named on the receipt I have

I wonder what the CM would have done if you were an American family? American children are unlikely to have any form of photo ID, and probably wouldn’t have brought it with them even if they did have something. Imagine going to a theme park here in the UK and the person selling the tickets asking for photo ID from everyone.

Good point about the American kids... so perhaps it was because we are British. I just thought at the time she was checking the age of our son matched the child ticket? Or perhaps because we used the 14 day ultimate passes which aren't sold over there?

On a separate note though - I really don’t understand why booking directly with Disney they don’t send you the real tickets! Other ticket places do!
Thankfully there were no queues to collect, but I had problems linking the code on my email to MDE. Only bought from them as for once they were the cheapest.

I think I might have just had a very efficient CM! My receipt also said just the lead person with the CC you paid with.
