I just bought the castle, my daughter has wanted this ever since it was released - I thought it had been retired so was pleased to see it in stock and with a reduction.

I first saw it in the Lego shop in Disney Springs and it was instant love.. this is surprising as we don’t even go into the Disney Parks any more, preferring the others..

I purchased it some months later and it sits in its own Oak Cabinet in the lounge. The love has never left me!

I feel sure that your daughter will be absolutely over the moon with it!

I’m sure she will love it!

I wondered how to display it, she also has the Steamboat Willie which needs to be displayed.

Do you have the lighting kit for it? I know it’s a castle but £75 for lights seems a tad excessive or am I just a meanie!

I made my own, buying a generic lighting kit on eBay, then integrating it into the castle myself. £6.99 inc postage with a remote to change colours and light flash patterns!

That is certainly less expensive- is it easy to set up, battery operated?
I shall investigate 🙃

I just selectively taped it in to place as my castle is in a display unit (prevents dust). I had already built the castle when I purchased the LED lights. if I could be bothered, I would drill some bricks and pva the LED’s in.
